Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Be-IT Ltd. as a Coding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial, financial performance, accounting and controls stewardship and counsel for the assigned corporate function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a financial and strategic business partner to the Technology & Digital function, providing coordination for annual budgets, periodic forecasting, and business plan updates of the T&D function.
  2. Conduct qualitative reviews of preliminary financial results to help reduce the risk of accounting errors and participate in month-end-close activities.
  3. Partner closely with Controllership team on technology accruals and capitalization of T&D labor cost per Vialto's CapEx policy, assist the Technology & Digital team in proper coding of technology invoices, and provide management reporting to Technology & Digital leadership.
  4. Leverage management reporting to assist management with decision making and to provide insights about spending trends and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional experience with a professional services company or Big 4 firm, international experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with budgets, plans, forecasts, or financial analysis, prefer experience with business and cash forecast modeling tools.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting, from a long-term development or career progression perspective, prefer to have a CPA or CA license holder.
  • Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews, experience in financial modeling, reporting & analytics, forecasting and financial analysis.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,600-$155,100. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
