About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team at Just Like Family Home Care. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, including occupational therapists, social workers, hospitals, care homes, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

You will represent Just Like Family at community events, networking to increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Your role will involve educating partners and potential clients on our home care services, clearly communicating how we can address their needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or face-to-face marketing, with a preference for healthcare industry experience. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
  • Represent Just Like Family at community events.
  • Educate partners and potential clients on our home care services.
  • Conduct in-home assessments, create personalized care plans, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or face-to-face marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Monday.com or other similar software.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for tracking and documentation.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
