We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team at Calypso Waterpark. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to attract visitors to our waterpark.

• Develop communication strategies to promote our waterpark's brand and services.
• Evaluate and refine marketing programs to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
• Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising.
• Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to support marketing efforts.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tourism or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
