We are currently seeking a highly skilled Builder - Renovation to join BC Ltd.


The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 2 years of experience in the field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors, coordinating their activities to meet project timelines.
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to guarantee quality and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote the company's services.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Obtain necessary construction permits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement human resource plans, focusing on talent development and retention.
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring project success.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
