Job Summary

EX-MAX Contracting is seeking a skilled Land Survey Technician to join our team. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, operating survey instruments, and analyzing data to ensure accurate measurements and mapping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field surveys to collect data on land topography, boundaries, and other features
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to determine precise geographic locations
  • Analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare detailed drawings, charts, and plans to document survey results
  • Collaborate with survey engineers and other team members to develop methods and procedures for conducting field surveys
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in land surveying or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work site environment is outdoors, and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions is required.
