We are a reputable restaurant company that prides itself on serving authentic South Indian cuisine. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing and lifting
