Physiotherapist - Delta Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Delta Hospital, providing high-quality outpatient care to patients. As a Physiotherapist, you will work collaboratively with our interprofessional care team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with patients and caregivers to educate them on self-management and health promotion strategies.
- Participate in interprofessional care planning and contribute to the development of seamless quality patient care.
- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
- Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient and family-centered model of care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
