We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Harvest Laborer to join our team at B.C. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but will be willing to train. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Work Site Environment:

  • Livestock combination farming
  • Wet/damp
  • All weather conditions

Work Setting:

  • Staff accommodation available
  • Staff accommodation provided

Tasks:

  • Clear fields of wood and stones
  • Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards
  • Greenhouse cleaning
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Weight Handling:

  • Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
