Job Title: Supervisor, Travel Clerks

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor, Travel Clerks to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel clerks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of travel clerks to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the travel clerks team.
  • Provide guidance and support to travel clerks to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the travel clerks team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the travel clerks team is working effectively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires the employee to work on-site at our office location. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with some flexibility to work overtime as needed.
