Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process cash register transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and debit card payments
  • Balance cash register and handle financial paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain showroom inventory and workspace cleanliness, adhering to company standards
  • Process refunds and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
