You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of sales, collections, and product delivery, while leading your team through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Retail Store Growth: Ensure every sale transaction is optimal for both the customer and their retail business.
  • Build Superior Customer Sales Experiences: Welcome and engage customers to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Be a Strong Brand Ambassador: Develop knowledge and understanding of our business to be considered a subject-matter-expert during sales opportunities.
  • Manage Retail Operations: Oversee customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the store.
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Support the delivery of our products to customers' homes and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables: Monitor overdue accounts on a weekly basis and ensure timely collection.
  • Ensure Retail Operational Effectiveness: Oversee all collection items for the store and ensure all retrieved sales items are cleaned, refurbished, and repaired in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: People and results-oriented, with a focus on driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and Integrity-Driven: Operate with integrity on every sale and care deeply for our customers.
  • Full Class Driver's License: With a driver's abstract in good standing.
  • Ability to Lift and Move: 50+ pounds and move home goods.
  • Able to Pass Background Checks: Criminal, employment, and credit checks.
