About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team at Budget Car And Truck Rental. As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their rental needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, prepare merchandise for rental, and ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and ready for rental.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist in promoting rental services, estimate prices, and quote credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
  • Personal Qualities: Collaborative, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, and client focus
