We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chahal Insurance Inc.

Job Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, coordinating events and travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records and files.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and accommodations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and book flights and hotels.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, including employee data, inventory, and office supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an insurance company.
