Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering, project management, and operational leadership. They will be responsible for managing multifunctional teams, collaborating with international partners, and driving business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • A degree in Systems Design Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong system engineering background, particularly in RF, radio communication, and ATM systems
  • Entrepreneurial experience in scaling a company from $25M to $100M, with expertise in delivering standard products and customized solutions to large enterprise customers
  • Project management skills, including PMP certification
  • Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and traveling frequently to international customer sites
  • A track record of successfully delivering solutions, products, and services in third-world and underdeveloped markets
  • Expertise in implementing best practices in operations, quality systems, integration, and services
  • Significant change management and business transformation experience within mid-sized companies
  • A proven ability to cultivate positive working relationships with staff, peers, and superiors
  • Experience managing multiple complex international projects concurrently
