About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Refraco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.

Requirements
