Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales and Customer Service

* Optimize store performance and profitability with the support of your management team* Train team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure they are familiar with all product features* Analyze sales results and develop innovative solutions to improve them* Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll effectively* Communicate sales goals to your team and ensure you meet and exceed them

Hiring and Training

* Mobilize your team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and pride in being part of Bikini Village* Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model at all times* Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training new employees

Visual Presentation and Marketing

Administration and Finance
