Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Assessment and TreatmentConduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based treatments for a range of psychological conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Team CollaborationWork closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
Professional DevelopmentStay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
Requirements- Education and Training
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
Registration and LicensureCurrent registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
Experience and SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in child clinical psychology.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
