Culinary Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Still Waters Plate & Pour. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate special events and manage kitchen operations
• Determine the size of food portions and costs, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef, inspecting kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas, organizing buffets and banquets
• Experience an asset, with a permanent position offering 32 to 44 hours per week

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of culinary arts and practices
