Job Title: Child Caregiver

Chisom Ebosie is seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, including maintaining a scent-free and non-smoking environment.
  • Engage in light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their emotional well-being and safety.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Perform light errands, such as shopping for food and household supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
Work Environment:

The Child Caregiver will work in a home-based setting, providing care and support to infants and children. The work environment is non-smoking and scent-free.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the home is English.

Work Schedule:

The Child Caregiver will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
