Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Marilou Cafa, Rodello Cafa. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Chores: Stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • General Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
