About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CNC Machinist to operate precision machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming CNC machines using G Code and other languages, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, monitoring machine operations, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency. They will also be required to inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using various measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC machines using G Code and other programming languages
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G Code or similar programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAD software
  • Experience with lathe and milling CNC operations
  • Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
