About the Role:

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager in Training to join their dynamic team at West Haven Terrace in Leduc, AB.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Ensure vacancy goals are met by showcasing available suites, processing leasing applications, and coordinating move-in and move-out scheduling and inspections.
  • Regularly inspect premises, identify areas for improvement, and create work orders as needed.
  • Confirm all vacant units are ready for leasing.
  • Support Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, rent collections, and leasing applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • High level of professionalism and diplomacy.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
