Construction Laborer Job Description at SM WESTERN CONSTRUCTION INC.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at SM WESTERN CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

**Responsibilities**

* Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
* Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
* Participate in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
* Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

**Work Environment**

* Work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions
* May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces

**Requirements**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Willingness to train and learn new skills
* Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
* Steel-toed safety boots required

**Work Schedule**

* 32 to 35 hours per week
* Permanent position

**Language**

* English
