**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Finance Operations Manager to oversee financial operations in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts to achieve financial objectives.
  • Manage and analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
