We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Big Hope Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations
