Pilates Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Anka Pilates and Rehabilitation Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques to clients.
  • Schedule activities and ensure a smooth operation of our fitness centre.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events.
  • Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs.
  • Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities.
  • Maintain and repair sports equipment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Previous experience in this field of employment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 50 to 60 hours bi-weekly.
