PANNU SIKH TRANSPORT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our trucking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, with a proven track record of success in allocating resources and coordinating team efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple departments, including transportation, maintenance, and customer service
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish financial and administrative controls, as well as formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
