About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ML/AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing AI team at Talent Seed in Riyadh, KSA. This role will focus on developing and refining advanced machine-learning models to enhance customer interactions and engagement.
Job Summary:
- Develop and fine-tune proprietary or open-source LLMs to optimize conversational AI systems and personalize user experiences.
- Leverage machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with Customer Experience (CX) goals and leverage data to improve overall customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Fine-tune and optimize existing models for improved performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to integrate machine learning solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing, and deep learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with popular machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) strategies and ability to apply machine learning solutions to improve customer engagement.
Salary Range: The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
