We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Jaswinder Kaur Sangha. As a Home Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in the care and development of children in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bath, dress, and feed infants and children with utmost care and attention to detail
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting healthy habits and emotional well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of each child
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a secure and engaging atmosphere for learning and growth
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering empathy and support when needed
  • Assist children with homework, fostering a love for learning and academic excellence
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we provide training and development opportunities
  • Fluency in Panjabi/Punjabi is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Able to work in a non-smoking and scent-free environment
  • Prior experience in childcare or a related field is beneficial, but willing to train
  • Available to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position
  • Proficient in English as the primary language of communication
Work Environment

You will be working in the employer's home, providing one-on-one care and attention to each child. We maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment to ensure the health and comfort of all individuals.
