Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at IDY Corp. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the health and safety of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of maintenance workers to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols to protect our team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities operations role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
