Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing mid-level campaign donors, executing stewardship plans, applying for grants, and updating donor databases. You will also lead or participate in major fundraising events, identify and research prospects, and bring creative ideas to grow our fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to engage and retain mid-level donors.
  • Execute comprehensive stewardship plans to cultivate relationships with existing donors.
  • Research and apply for grants to support our programs and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate donor databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Plan and execute successful major fundraising events, including the Annual Gala and Young Professional event.
  • Identify and research potential prospects to expand our donor base.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and resources to drive the growth of our fundraising initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience, preferably in a non-profit sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute fundraising projects or programs.
  • Highly motivated with a collaborative team mindset and ability to work independently.
  • University degree or college diploma required.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle as needed.
