Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at Kim Express. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area.
Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as vegetables and fruit, to support our kitchen operations.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Handle and store cleaning products, adhering to our safety protocols and procedures.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Sharpen kitchen knives, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
As a Dishroom Attendant at Kim Express, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
