Essential Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and overall communication with efficiency and knowledge.
- Schedule initial consultations with clients promptly and accurately.
- Follow up on cancelled appointments by sending emails and making calls to re-schedule.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all clients – both written and verbal.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company guidelines.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism at all times.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in the customer account database.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles within an office or call center setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Ability to multitask, take direction, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong influencing and closing skills.
- Comfortable navigating between different computer software and possessing basic computer skills.
