We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Private Enterprise practice as a Senior Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with KPMG Partners to deliver business advisory services to private companies and high net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Design ownership and governance structures for private company clients, working closely with Partners and other client service team members.
- Develop estate plans that incorporate tax and financial knowledge, as well as an understanding of the client's objectives.
- Leverage knowledge of tax legislation to design strategies for transition and succession.
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring for the professional development of staff.
- Contribute to the attraction of new work to the firm, working with other office members.
- A highly motivated individual with a desire for growth and a strong ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with estate planning, financial planning, business transition, and taxation strategies.
- A professional and responsive approach, with the ability to instill enthusiasm in others to achieve desired results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide persuasive and self-assured responses to challenging questions.
- A CPA, LLB, or similar professional designation is an asset.
