Job Summary

Pilot Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Subway Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide fast, friendly, and clean service to guests
    • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies
    • Restock supplies and merchandise as needed
  • Cash Handling
    • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
    • Handle customer payments and provide change as needed
  • Store Appearance
    • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Guest Service Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Technical Skills
    • Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Teamwork
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
