Job Title: Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Winnipeg and Regina locations. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure continuous information flow and connectivity across LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, install, and support networks to ensure seamless connectivity and information flow.
  • Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
  • Troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Identify network requirements, install upgrades, and conduct regular network performance monitoring to align with professional services standards.
  • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of the network infrastructure and delivery of IT services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network troubleshooting and customer-centric projects related to networks.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, including switching, routing, firewalls, VLANs, routing protocols, Spanning-Tree, NAT, SD-WAN.
  • Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper), Load Balancers (F5, Brocade), and WAF technologies.
  • Cisco ISE and/or Aruba Clearpass experience is an asset.
