We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Deli Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Foods in Parksville, British Columbia. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of deli department associates, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Lead and motivate a team of deli department associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising deli products
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli department and surrounding areas
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other store departments to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
• Previous retail or food service experience an asset
