Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Ismarteam. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be working in confined spaces, exposed to dusty conditions, and handling heavy materials.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate crane capacities and ensure safe rigging and hoisting procedures.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Measure weight and prepare materials for construction.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials efficiently.
  • Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites with caution.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
