Job Description:

  • About the Role: As a Creative Exterior Painter, you will be working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality painting services to our clients. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying paints and coatings, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes. Apply paints and coatings to surfaces using airless spray equipment, brushes, and rollers. Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Work at heights using scaffolding and swing stages. Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings. Erect scaffolding and attach rigging.
  • Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in painting and decorating. Trade Certification or equivalent experience. Working at heights training and CPR certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills.
