Job Title: Precision Metalworker - Conventional and CNC Machining ExpertSalary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearDescription:

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, utilizing your expertise in precision metalworking to produce high-quality parts and components.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables, as well as measuring and laying out work pieces for assembly.

You will also be expected to repair machine tools and parts, set up and adjust production machinery, and fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.

Maintenance and calibration of precision measuring instruments will be a key aspect of this role, as well as documenting and reporting deviations from specifications and tolerances.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inspection records and completing inspection reports, verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, and setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
