The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing plant activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective production objectives are achieved. You will work closely with departmental managers to develop and implement strategies that drive business performance results.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining adherence to AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards, regulations, legislative requirements, and customer expectations. You will also participate in audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
To ensure the success of our organization, we require someone with strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams. If you have a background in production management, business administration, or mechanical engineering, and possess knowledge of CNC machining and tooling design, we would like to hear from you.
In addition to your technical expertise, we value strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications. A basic security clearance (Controlled Goods Program) is also a requirement for this position.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management
- Bachelor's degree in production management, business administration, or mechanical engineering
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CNC machining and tooling design
- Basic security clearance (Controlled Goods Program)
