Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 CAD per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging atmosphere by preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Key tasks include:

• Cleaning the bar area and washing glassware to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Providing recommendations on drink selections to patrons and ensuring compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Ordering bar stock and maintaining inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
• Taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons to meet customer demands.

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience as a bartender or mixologist is an asset.
