Job Description- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care and drive business results.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build the pharmacy business in your community.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions, maintain adequate inventory levels, and provide counseling to patients.
- Hire, train, and manage the performance of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality patient care.
To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree and a Class A Pharmacist's license.
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies.
- Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
