We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Universal Mobile & Industrial Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production units.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
- Routine Clerical Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Warehouse and Production Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, as well as the coordination of activities with warehouse and production units.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a production or operations role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 33 to 44 hours per week.
- Work Type: Permanent.
