The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $25.91 plus $0.68/km mileage compensation. Job Description

We are seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Minden. As a PSW with Bayshore, you will play a vital role in creating special moments for clients every day. Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and dignity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and relevant education or training. A PSW diploma, HSW II/III certificate, or nursing credentials are preferred but not required. We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient demeanor.
