- Manage fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing insights for business decisions.
- Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment.
- Tight deadlines and repetitive tasks are expected.
