Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Empire Pizza Group). Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Establish work schedules, supervise 3-4 people, and maintain open communication with staff and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and team management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
