Bask Pro Inc is currently seeking a skilled Construction Laborer and Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of various projects.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from trucks, equipment, and other sources.
  • Erecting and Dismantling Structures: Assist with erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as needed.
  • Mixing and Spreading Materials: Help mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt according to project specifications.
  • Cleaning and Salvaging Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Removing Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, performing routine maintenance tasks as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Steel-toed safety boots and a hard hat are mandatory for this role.
