Position Overview:
As a Metal Fabrication Specialist at INKAS Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality armored vehicles. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of $22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret engineering schematics and blueprints related to armored vehicle fabrication.
2. Execute welding tasks on metal assemblies for customized armored vehicles.
3. Conduct quality inspections on welds and eliminate any spatter.
4. Prepare and seal welding areas.
5. Adjust welding equipment settings as specified by engineering guidelines.
6. Operate various cutting and welding machinery, including manual and automated systems.
7. Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding and fabrication equipment.
8. Shape and straighten metal components as required.
9. Execute welding in various positions, including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
10. Assess material weldability and operate welding machines for metal part fabrication and repair.

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school education or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in welding for armored and luxury vehicle production.
- Familiarity with automotive OEM quality standards, including ISO9001, VPAM, and STANAG, is preferred.
