Architectural Designer, Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team at Zeidler Partnership Architects. As a key member of our commercial sector team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality architectural projects that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial architectural projects from pre-design to site administration
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of creative and technical tasks
- Establish and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Develop and maintain contract drawings and specifications
- Contribute to the development of office administration procedures
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Registration with OAA/AAA/AIBC or another Canadian architectural association
- Extensive experience with local city development and building permit process
- Strong conceptual and design skills, including 3D modeling and freehand sketching
- Technical drawing ability, including Revit and CAD
- PATO Days – enjoy an extra day off on long weekends and holiday closures
